Anyone else interested for Kang Daniel badges?

I would like to petition for Kang Daniel badges, but I want to have an interest check first.

Here are the new qualifications for soloist badges:

- Tier 1 : 8 votes (individual badge)
- Tier 2 : 16 votes (individual badge + fandom badge)
- Tier 3 : 24 votes (individual badge + fandom badge + allkill badge)
