most almost 97% are premiered while shooting is still ongoing e.g W two worlds,Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo , true beuty etc.

Idk why is that. must be because of copyrights issues, they have to change the title.

Those are just alternative titles. Guardian: The Lonely and Great God and The Inheritors are the title but since Goblin and Heirs is much more known by the viewers so a lot of people use that title.

hmm I think "Goblin" is direct translation of the Korean title

"The Guardian : Lonely God: is the English title.

"He Who Wishes to Wear the Crown, Endures Its Weight – The Heirs" is the literal translation of Korean title.

Inheritors - The English title.
