"Noise music" is just a casual term used offensively to describe music that sounds noisy and irritates the ear. Typically music that is loud, cacophonous, or lacks harmony. But "noise music" can be subjective. Can be. It's not rocket science nor is it some serious technical term that need offer any further questioning.
Tl;dr: it's not that deep.

no, like she was individually naming songs by groups during a free period. most of these songs were just the ones she didn't like.

before kpop i only listened someone saying "noise music" when describing something as heavy metal

Well, again, it can be subjective. Some people interpret things differently than others. Noise music is just a form of colloquialism used in the Kpop community to describe music that sounds like noise to the listener. Many different genres of music and songs can and have been labeled before as "noise" depending on who is listening. I think your friend's opinion is just as valid as any others.

Imo, noise music is anything that hurts my ears and is annoying to listen to. It doesn't have to fall under a specific genre at all.
