Both “O.O” and “TANK” are interesting to listen to. If you go into it without these crazily high expectations and accept it for what it is, it’s not bad.
Hate is a strong emotion to have for something that’s costs $0 to listen to and watch. People hate on it for petty reasons, really.
I get how it’s fun to clown on things, though.

I liked it too at first listen and the Death Stranding aesthetic was cool to see I hoped the song was like that but even when it switches to the mid part it is good too so I can't complain.
You may have very different sections in the song but at least each one is nice so it made me like it.
