Then why even rent a Stadium, it can all be live streamed to cinemas.

But to answer my own question,

The immersive experience of a concert > immersive in a movie theater > at home , on the move etc.

So at least 15000 will get the best experience,

Maybe the prices will be hiked for the 15k, to make up for it, even if not to profit.

IU did it differently, with that Sketchbook special, effectively a free broadcast concert.
