why don’t casual listeners get into it like they do for blackpink, bts, enhyphen, txt and stray kids’ music songs?

Need not just be NCT but I know some other fandoms too from 3rd and 4th gen who claim their faves have the best discography but their songs seem to not garner any casual or gp support.
