The capacity to make vinyl's isn't that high and I can imagine there is a big lag time, so any sale of them will always be limited.
There was an article on the BBC recently about the demand for Vinyls being double what can actually be manufactured due to scarcity of materials and manufacturing capacity.

They actually apologised that they didnt stock up enough because they didnt expect it to be fully sold out.
So they deadass only prepare 3940 copies
