IVE is the living proof people forgot how it goes for non big 3 groups

I saw so many people complaining about Wonyoung and Yujin only going to Knowing Bros ( though IVE as a whole did get an appearance so honestly… it’s overreacting )

Starship isn’t pushing those two they’re just the ones in DEMAND. It’s hard to get on Knowing Bros. Name one rookie group not from big 3 that went to Knowing Bros RIGHT after debut — I know Starship is middle sized and not small, but it’s still not huge. Gidle only went last year as a whole despite having a very successful debut.

Same for the job opportunities. You can’t expect the 4 other girls to get jobs RIGHT AWAY when they don’t even have a fanbase = broadcasting companies will not ask for them. They want the ones that have a following, that are relevant. Liz Leeseo Rei and Gaeul debuted just last month… Let them grow and THEN they will get more opportunities. IVE as a whole has a bright future so no doubt they will get some. Wasn’t Liz even booked on a variety show with Wonyoung before even debuting? That’s a big deal for her.

Anyways don’t be surprised if Annyeongz get more gigs right now — they have the following you need to get them. This is business, no one’s recruiting girls that just debuted because there’s nothing to gain from it. Be patient their career just started and they’re already doing really well.

well i mean starship isn't a nugu company, aren't they being backed up by kakao? so the gigs and opportunities their artists have are definitely bigger than the ones one general non big 3 company have

but i do agree that it's way too early. ive debuted like what, few weeks ago? you can't expect them to be booked and busy since the start. they might get recognized well as a group but individually except annyeongz no one knows the other girls. of course wonyoung will be the one getting more gigs IN THE BEGINNING but the benefit will be for the whole group so idk what's the problem

Leeseo will be the first to get more opportunities I think, I mean she went viral in SK not once but TWICE. Even though Rei looks like one of the biggest stan attractor in the group along Liz, I think she won't be as demanded in SK because she's foreign. In Japan, however, I'm pretty sure she will shine. Gaeul needs to catch up on the rest but there's still a lot of time for that, theres not even a month since they debuted.
