The answer is yes. I listen to some of BTS and Twices music

it's becoming cringe when people say 'noise music' tbh

If it's done by SM usually yes, and I also enjoyed some Dubstep songs when it was trendy, although I don't really search for it.

That all depends on what you define as "noise music".
