OK so in my country there are 2 different orginasations to help you when you have no job. One is mainly for paying so you can buy food and live somewhere, the other one depending on different facts mainly helps you to find a job and pays you a bit money too, but in reality you have to find the job all on your own. And oh boy... I sometimes wonder whats in their mind...
Basicly since a few years they give you an account on their website wich alows them to send you mails directly instead of having to send everything with the postal service and often it will be about jobs they got on their website. Many of the mails you will get are randomly chosen by an AI wich means they might see you worked for let's say 5 years as a carpenter and than send you a information asking you to aply for a company 20km away from your home since the person they need is a carpender. The worst thing is that it is often about jobs you arn't even qualified for or you can't reach it in time each day. Luckly you are allowed to tell them in a message why you can't aply for this job
If the job comes without the notice that you 'have' to aply it will be more on the random side of job offers and I just got one of these and I wonder who in that orginasation or what AI thought to send me that ...
The offer is for a job where you work in the field of supporting handicaped people, teenager, refugees and so on to find a job and especially for handicaped people as for example autism if they have problems to get into an apprantice ship or job and since I have to get their help too it is so weird how I just was asked if I might want to aply there for that job. I have no experience in that field and don't know what to do in that job, neighter do I know if you might need a specific training for it as like for example an apprantice ship and yeah ... I don't really get what people think of you when you have no qualifications for a job but they want that you get it anyway ...
..... I just wanted to post it here cause it gives me heavy breathing .... oooof
