Does wealth make men who date more much younger women less or more predatory?

    I was reading a thread discussing that large age gaps can be considered predatory, especially if the other person is in their early 20s or barely legal. That’s because of the imbalance of power. I remember when news reported BTS’s CEO was allegedly dating a woman 25 years younger than him people were worrying more about him being taken advantage of and not the very young woman. I would assume that having more money means having more power and hence a multi-millionaire would have a lot more power than a woman who’s just out of college. Or is it the opposite?

    I don't know, but it sometimes makes me think of the jokes about the women inheriting their money.

    Even though Bang Si-hyuk isn't that old...


    And they often assume the woman only dates them for their money and is a "gold digger".

    Also, people would assume the man wouldn't be dating anyone, if it wasn't for his money.

    He's 10+ years older than me and I get discriminated here for my age

    These situations are never black and white so it's weird to act like this dynamic can only mean one thing. There are women who are "gold diggers" and there are older men who are predatory. There are also people in these relationships that are both 100% aware its transactional and are sugar baby and sugar daddy.


    It's also weird that you're still on that bang pd thing when they were only spotted together once and were never in a public relationship.

    i don’t think a 60 yo man with a 35 yo woman is predatory at all if she’s consenting bc she’s a grown adult n knows what she’s doing

    I only care if the relationship is non consensual. If its consensual I could give less f*cks since at the end of the day two rich ppls problems aint my problem.
