You get them for various activity. As far as I know they determine your rank and that's it.

I've been trying to be more active in the aespa guild, so I'll be reacting to more of your posts there for sure

ahhh that's why you voted yes in my poll then. The active guild mates seem divided on whether we should get one or not right now haha, but regardless, it will happen at some point so I look forward to it.

a lot was spamming from guild war days
not much mostly on the weekdays mornings (for me when I have the time) certainly not on the weekends...
donated to people and around 25K went to the KMC guild...
I post a lot of content for the various GG which tends to get my posts up...
