every artist could be brought to trial using the logic that they're trying to employ. she'll either settle or the case will be thrown out.

yes. sir mix a lot was credited. either way, this was never about artistry. the singers of the "original" (and i use that sparingly) song, 3LW got on instagram today and clarified that they themselves don't agree with the lawsuit and that they support taylor. this is the second case like this against taylor (the first was thrown out). it was and always will be about money. specifically her money.
