I'm going to say this now and please research it yourselves to find it to be true. Itzy have only ever had one decent sized hit in Japan, Wannabe, which did chart for a while but mostly low on the chart. It peaked at like 23 and stayed for a fair few weeks(around 25+) but every other song has done very poorly.

Loco for example peaked at 46 and charted for only 3 weeks. 3 fucking weeks and we're calling it a hit in Japan? Huh?

Now while Aespa are still not successful even slightly in Japan Savage peaked at 60, but charted for 3 weeks and re-enter the chart to stay for 4 weeks.

I never understood why people create lies like no one had access to the internet lol. At this point the op is setting itzy up not even midzy’s support this lol leave them alone.

Why do some Midzy love setting up itzy? First the YouTube poll "daesang" now calling them hits in Japan? Only thing hitting for Itzy is them hitting rock bottim of kcharts and apparently now Japan charts (-18 I'm screamimg).

Yall can never be happy its their first year and they already achieved sm. Wait for their Japanese promo they'll do good.

you all jump into conclusions so [oof]ing early about Aespa when they aren't even 1 year then act loco loco when they achieve something important

aespa is still a young group (1 year old) that has never had any Japanese promotions. yet they still have relevance in Japan and are actually doing better than itzy recently.
