Am I the only one who couldn't take Hellbound seriously?

Sorry if theres fans here but I tried watching it and the dude being killed was so over the top ridiculous, plus the monsters just look funny to me lmao It felt like something edgy and "scary" I would've made up when I was 13. Sometimes less is more and that scene was a great example of it because it was so ridiculously violent and extreme that it became comical

Yeah, I tried watching a bit after that scene and ended up not finishing the episode. It overall just wasn't that good for me but if the 2nd season does get good then I'll sit through the 1st for it
