HWANG HANA <-- The Truth about (illegal) drugs usage.

Ms. HWANG, who denied the allegation of hair dyeing and hair removal,

the day before her Police Investigation appearance (so, *HAIR SAMPLING* for *HAIR TESTING* by N.I.S.I Lab for illegal drugs detection purposes).

And to the usage of injected illegal drugs (Methamphetamine),

during her initial COURT TRIAL , now admits to these in APPEALS COURT.

HWANG HANA, the (wealthy) granddaughter of Namyang Dairy's founder,

who is suspected (initial Court Trial = Guilty) of taking (illegal) drugs again, during her Court Probation Period, is attending her interrogation (Photo).

As a suspect before her arrest (investigation to determine a warrant's validity), held at the Seoul Western District Court in Mapo-gu, Seoul (2021.01.07)

August 31, 2020 at 6:17 PM, Police were dispatched after receiving a report (from other vehicle drivers) as --> ... "It is strange that a man (OH) is taking off his top (shirt) on an (freeway) overpass (standing outside a stopped van vehicle) and a woman (HWANG HANA) is in the driver's seat (inside the stopped vehicle) and lowering her head."

The woman was HWANG HANA (Age 33), the (only) granddaughter of Namyang Dairy's founder, and the man was HWANG HANA's husband (boyfriend at the time) OH (Age 29).

Normal conversation with the investigating Police Officers was difficult, with HWANG HANA suddenly claiming that OH had assaulted her (attacked), and OH surprised her with that (attack) inside the van (vehicle). HWANG HANA even falsely told police that her name was "HWANG JUNG EUN."

In the process (Police Investigation of this vehicle event), OH turned himself in and voluntarily submitted syringes (needles for illegal drugs injection) , saying he had been taking methamphetamine (illegal drugs) for two days (recent time duration).

In four syringes with traces of (illegal drugs) use, HWANG HANA's blood stains and DNA were detected , and also (illegal drug) tested positive (detection) for methamphetamine. HWANG HANA's DNA and methamphetamine (positive) were also shown in two other syringes. The Police Investigation then began.

According to the investigation by the investigative agency (Police), HWANG HANA was found to have taken methamphetamine, with OH and his/her acquaintances (friends?), at motels in Seoul and Suwon on Aug. 18, 30 and 31, 2020.

Mr. OH appeared at the Police (Stattion) several times from September to December (Year 2020) and made statements protecting HWANG HANA (from Police allegations of her using illegal drugs) as -->

"(OH) I just wanted to play (experiment) with methamphetamine, and HWANG HANA was around to protect me." ... OH continued as --> ... "HWANG HANA stopped me (OH) from taking methamphetamine, and in the process, the syringe (needle) seems to have scratched HWANG HANA's body during a physical fight with HWANG HANA."

OH and HWANG HANA, who started dating in August 2020, registered their marriage in October of that year. OH and HWANG HANA even testified that OH had (engaged in) "hidden drugs" activity ... (Explanation: An act of OH giving illegal drugs secretly, via a syringe needle injection in their particular situation, to another person, so HWANG HANA).

HWANG HANA said (to Police Investigators) as --> ... "(Husband) OH had violated me (via secret syringe needle injection). I didn't feel when methamphetamine came into my body. And there was no response from my body, so I didn't suspect that OH would have injected me with methamphetamine." (Explanation: I believe HWANG HANA stated that she was sleeping during events of OH and his 'hidden drugs' activities targeting HWANG HANA).

But Police Investigators and the Court (Judge) didn't believe that (about OH and his stated 'hidden drugs' via syringe activity, directed at HWANG HANA). It is hard to understand that HWANG HANA did not know during several rounds of 'Molae Pong' , and no other male DNA was detected in the syringe, only HWANG HANA's DNA.

A day before attending the Police Investigation event, HWANG HANA shaved her whole body and dyed her hair at a waxing shop (cosmetic styling). The (HWANG HANA) intention was to interfere with the (*HAIR TEST* by N.I.S.I = S.K Government Lab) Police Agency's hair appraisal (collection of the *HAIR SAMPLE* to be tested by N.I.S.I Lab for illegal drugs being present).

OH (next) suddenly said to people around him, "I didn't go to the Police Station and (say as) I did do (secret illegal drugs violation) 'Molae Pong' to HWANG HANA. But I will speak of HWANG HANA (to Police Investigators ???), and say of the fact that I took the illegal drugs (methamphetamine)."

However, on December 24th of that year (2020), Mr. OH committed suicide at his home. Mr. OH left a suicide note saying, "I'm really sorry that HWANG HANA dragged me into (illegal) drugs again."

Mr. NAM (Age 29 , a 'friend' of OH and HWANG HANA ???), who took illegal drugs with OH and HWANG HANA, also chose to attempt extreme choice behavior for himself, leaving a suicide note saying, "You told me everything, that OH and HWANG HANA got (arrested), due to illegal 'hidden drugs' behavior" ... But Mr. NAM is currently hospitalized (from his physical damage via his suicide attempt) and unconscious (not awake) ... (Note: Therefore, Mr. NAM, though still currently alive, was/is not able to original Court Testify about OH and HWANG HANA -- his version of their relationship and personal interactions. A friend of Mr. NAM, in original Court Trial testimony, did state his version of conversations that he had them with Mr. NAM, such as he recalled them, related to OH and HWANG HANA.)

The drugs HWANG HANA took were supplied by the so-called 'Vatican Kingdom' gang cartel. The Vatican Kingdom smuggled drugs into the (S.K) country from the Philippines (nation), and delivered these illegal drugs to Mr. NAM, HWANG HANA's acquaintance ('friend').

On July 9 (2021), the first Trial Court sentenced HWANG HANA, who was arrested and indicted on charges of Violating the Law on Drug Management (illegal drugs usage), and theft (of Mr. NAM's personal property), to TWO YEARS in PRISON duration time (with NO PROBATION option).

In July last year (Year 2020), HWANG HANA was also (previously , a different Court Trial event) sentenced to *ONE YEAR in PRISON* , converted instead to *TWO YEARS PROBATION* (so NO PRISON time duration), on found Court Guilty charges of illegal drugs usage ... The PROSECUTOR noted (currently) that this Court Probation Period situation for HWANG HANA had been violated by her ... Via (HWANG HANA) using the same illegal drugs now (Year 2021), that she was sentenced to PRISON (but given PROBATION, and so NO PRISON duration) in Year 2020.

So, her APPEALS COURT Trial event is currently under way (now). HWANG HANA, who denied her illegal drugs usage charges in the first Court Trial, has now admitted to taking the illegal drugs in her current APPEALS COURT event. HWANG HANA said as --> ... "I couldn't tell the truth (of my illegal drugs usage), because the K-News Media coverage (exposure of me) was freightening to me ... And so, I didn't have the courage to state the truth (of my illegal drugs usage and addiction) ... I was also sorry for bringing exteme shame upon my (wealthy and S.K public known) family."

HWANG HANA further added as --> ... "I know now why illegal drugs are a serious crime, and why citizens are being arrested for taking (illegal) drugs." ... <-- HWANG HANA said in APPEALS COURT October 28th --> ... "If you (JUDGE) give me a little leniency (mercy in punishment), I will get rid of my cell phone and try to live my future life as simple and hard." ... (Note: So, for HWANG HANA, a S.K rural living location, trying to work a normal job, and living accordingly) ... (Note: HWANG HANA wept openly at her public APPEALS COURT proceeding).

HWANG HANA's (final) APPEALS COURT (event) , for final sentencing (PRISON punishment time duration), determined via JUDGE decision, is scheduled for November 15, 2021.
