I don't see Seventeen having a hit tbh their music lacks impact and they're too far into their career at this point

None tbh but 17 seem the closest to do so in korea I guess. Internationally it looks even more unlikely, boy groups only sell albums and just don't get high enough numbers to call their songs a hit

svt should have a good chance. Most importantly, they're not disbanding anytime soon and ambiguously already have a semi-hit song(very nice), and rock with you performed well on melon, and are the second best performing boy group this year. Maybe not a dynamite or love scenario kind of hit but still they've the highest chance, also their korean fanbase is there

But other than them, NCT Dream or SVT has the best chance currently.

If SM debuts a more traditional boygroup in format with like 5 members and a strong concept a la aespa, they might pull it off as the BG scene in Korea is dry outside BTS right now
