It is a portal so aespa can get into kwangya from real world if i'm not mistaken...

But I think it is a portal to transfer between world...

Naevis can open the POS to travel between KWANGYA and the real world. And I guess the Flat. Since I think that's where the ae are normally. I don't really know. It's Naevis Boom Tube basically
