So an article on Naver was trending #1 about people criticizing that Jisoo was promoting an iPhone for free and that she is being disloyal towards Samsung (even through their contact already ended)… what got them mad was her captions on Instagram saying she finally got a her new phone and they understood it as she being happy that she doesn’t have to use a Samsung anymore… which is a stupid assumption cause she was using an iPhone 12 before and now got herself an iPhone 13 … she probably meant that after a long wait (and there is long waiting list for the iPhone 13) she finally got hers.
The upvotes for the comments criticizing her are suspiciously high… many, even Koreans themself think it’s on purpose because people were hyping the new iPhone release more than the Samsung one… and you know patriotism….
I think it’s quite funny, cause so many youngsters in Korea use an iPhone over a Samsung and also most of the celebrities.
