Is This STAYC Seeun? She's Pretty!

I was looking at Tzuyu Twitter and this came up.

At first I thought they were serious. I was like.... I have not heard about Tzuyu's cousin ever???

But then I realized it's Seeun? Maybe? I didn't recognize her at first because of her hair.

Anyway she's really pretty in this candid. I actually really love the way she has her hair here. It seems different than how she looks in promos? They should have this style!
