I'm not sure if it's for Korea but I keep getting Korean ads like in Korean. Mainly this McDonald's ad asking something about Spicy Chicken McNuggets but it's in Korean except for small English letters at the bottom of the ad and Spicy Chicken McNuggets is English.
It also says "Offer valid in US only" at the bottom but it's in Korean. I mean, there are some people who speak Korean in the US but I don't tink it's a lot. I think it's because Google was like, "oh your on a site for KPOP even though almost everything is English, we're just going to go ahead and advertise this to you and you can't even read it :) " What if you can't read the bottom part and think it's available in Korea also?
