It'll be tough for Indians to make it in Kpop (as an Indian myself), but I really hope they do. It's a huge potential Asian market for Kpop to tap into, I'm surprised more companies haven't picked trainees from India given that there are tons of Indians who fit the Korean beauty standards too.
But I guess it's because of racism both ways - Indians are racist towards all East Asians (even to people in their own country who have East Asian features), and Koreans are racist towards Indians lol
