I don’t understand why money isn’t here it’s charting pretty high on Apple Music

it's likely cause it isn't strong on AM in Japan or US and isn't high enough on other AM charts/being streamed enough in other countries to make up for the difference.
Having songs do well in either two of those countries on AM will help AM Global ranks a ton since they are they are two biggest music markets in the world and both use AM a ton. AM is the most used streaming service in the US and i think the 2nd most used in Japan, so streams from there for both countries are big.
