- mental illness
- psychosis
- lucid dreaming
- daydreaming/maladaptive daydreaming
- against religion
- a lie, (because it's very much real)
YOU CANNOT
- get stuck in your desired reality
- bring your comfort characters back to this reality
- bring your possessions across realities
- take videos in your desired reality and have them in your current reality
YOU CAN
- shift by accident
- shift whenever and wherever you want
- change things about your comfort characters
- shift to your past or future (however if you change anything it won't be changed here)
- move while shifting
- lay or sit in any position while shifting
