about suspicion of 'threat' from YANG HYUN SUK towards HAN SEO HEE

On November 5, at the Seoul Central District Court, YANG HYUN SUK (defendant , ex-CEO YGe Agency) , and HAN SEO HEE , B.I , will appear as witnesses , at the first TRIAL on (allegations) charges of Retaliatory Threats (from YANG HYUN SUK allegedly toward HAN SEO HEE). While former CEO YANG HYUN SUK will be the defendant, B.I and HAN SEO HEE will sit in the witness stand. Witness interrogations will be conducted as to whether former YGe CEO , YANG HYUN SUK , threatened her , (with the goal) to prevent her from stating to the Police that HAN SEO HEE sold illegal drugs to B.I in Year 2016.

On September 17th, the 23rd Criminal Settlement Division of the Seoul Central District Court decided to interrogate a total of (7) seven witnesses , including B.I and HAN SEO HEE , while setting November 5th as the first TRIAL date for YANG HYUN SUK.

Former YGe CEO , YANG HYUN SUK , is accused of threatening HAN SEO HEE. To try to convince her to *change* her current statements to Police (about B.I and illegal drugs involvement). HAN SEO HEE, a former K-pop Agency idol trainee , sold (illegal) LSD and Marijuana to B.I in Year 2016 ... (Note: Now a COURT GUILTY determination for B.I = 4 YEARS COURT PROBATION). Prosecutors believe that HAN SEO HEE (changed) reversed her statement (to Police) on the charge of selling illegal drugs to B.I during the police investigation , due to a threat (of her career prospects ruination) by the former CEO of YGe Agency , YANG HYUN SUK. It is said that the drug investigation related to B.I ended (Year 2016) without results due to HAN SEO HEE's reversal of her statements.

In June 2019 , HAN SEO HEE , as a (Official) *Public Interest Reporter* to the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission , belatedly raised suspicions that B.I , who had bought LSD from her , was being investigated by the police (Year 2016). And that the Police Investigation was canceled due to a close relationship (corruption) between the Police and YGe Agency (YANG HYUN SUK). In legal accordance with the *Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act* (Law) , HAN SEO HEE used the *Non-Real Name (Anonymous) Representation Reporting System* (Option of that Law) to present her allegations , using a Lawyer as her Agent ... But as the (Whistleblower) Report became known through K-News Media Reports, (HAN SEO HEE) she then revealed that she was the particular *Public Interest Reporter* involved , directly through her SNS (Instagram statements).

In the recent so-called 'indictment' case, when the reporter Jo Seong-eun concentrated on the media coverage of her, (HAN SEO HEE) she appeared on the JTBC newsroom herself. And announced that she was a (Official) *Public Interest Reporter* (under that Law) , and a Media Reporting Party.

B.I was belatedly handed over to trial on charges of (8 times) purchasing LSD and (3 times) Marijuana , and inhaling Marijuana several times , through HAN SEO HEE's *Public Interest Reporter* initial activity. At the first TRIAL held at the Seoul Central District Court on September 10th , B.I admitted to ALL charges from Prosecutors. And was sentenced to three years in prison , converted instead to *(4) Four Years of Probation* (NO PRISON TIME = Fortunate) for violating the Narcotics Control Act.

Former YGe CEO , YANG HYUN SUK , was also belatedly indicted on charges of 'Threat of Retaliation' toward HAN SEO HEE (now currently a official *Public Interest Reporter* under that Law since Year 2019).

Meanwhile, HAN SEO HEE , who filed a *Public Interest Report* (under that specific Law) concerning B.I and YGe Agency officials, was spared from Prosecution for the case of selling and distributing narcotics to B.I and others. On the grounds (justification) that she was a "Public Interest Reporter" (as Law defined) ... Article 14 of the Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act stipulates that "In the case that a Criminal Act by a *Public Interest Whistleblower* , etc. , is discovered in relation to a *Public Interest Report* , etc. , the Punishment may be reduced or exempted." ... According to the Narcotics Control Act , HAN SEO HEE's sales and distribution actions (of illegal drugs) are to be punished more severely than B.I's illegal drugs user actions. But , HAN SEO HEE avoided punishment by using the *Public Interest Report* (Law) option.

(Additional Added Observation --> So , the punishment options toward HAN SEO HEE , were (less) *reduced* or *exempted* (no) punishment ... So , apparently , it was decided for HAN SEO HEE , that a *full exemption* on criminal charges related to B.I and illegal drugs was justified ... I will *guess* that a part of this decision situation , would be that HAN SEO HEE does future COURT TESTIFY in a satisfactory and truthful manner , about her exact situation (interaction) involving B.I , YANG HYUN SUK , and illegal drugs , in the upcoming beginning November 5th TRIAL of YANG HYUN SUK.)

However, HAN SEO HEE was recently handed over to a NEW TRIAL for illegal drugs usage while on Probation (for 4 Years , beginning in September 2017). The Suwon District Prosecutor's Office , Seongnam Branch , indicted HAN SEO HEE on a alleged new incidence of illegal drug usage , and the first TRIAL began on June 9, 2021, at the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court.

HAN SEO HEE's (PEE) urine test in July last year, when her probation had not yet ended, tested positive for psychotropic drugs, such as methamphetamine (methodamine) and amphetamine. According to the rules regarding recidivism (new incidence of illegal drugs usage) during the probation period, the prosecution canceled the Probation and indicted HAN SEO HEE.

HAN SEO HEE was indicted on the charge of inhaling Marijuana together with Big Bang member T.O.P (violation of the Narcotics Control Act) and was sentenced to three years in prison , converted instead to four years of probation in (September) 2017 , (NO JAIL TIME , with monthly PEE illegal drugs testing). If additional drug usage during the probation period is recognized (COURT determined) through this TRIAL , HAN SEO HEE will likely have to serve an additional sentence punishment time (prison) , in addition to the suspended three-year duration prison sentence (already mandated by the probation violation situation).

(Additional Added Observation --> IF that the HAN SEO HEE *Probation* is voided , the JUDGE *might* also order a complete NEW TRIAL for HAN SEO HEE , is my *guess* as an option too ... Which *might* mean , that *any* activity with regard to B.I *might* now be 'fair game' to be Police Investigated as evidence ... And *any* other illegal drugs activity by HAN SEO HEE , ever in her life , that Police could find out about it , via investigation , would surely be 'fair game' as evidence in a NEW TRIAL of HAN SEO HEE ... Which , that would seem to be the worst nightmare situation for HAN SEO HEE ... So , HAN SEO HEE's best hope , is that her (4 Years) PROBATION is *not* deemed as violated by the JUDGE ... And NO IDEA here what new evidence that Prosecutors have it. Such that they decided now to bring this TRIAL , after ONE YEAR's time passing from the July 2020 illegal drugs PEE failed test for HAN SEO HEE. Hopefully , next TRIAL event , we find out more about the new evidence from Prosecutors. New TRIAL event should be by October 15th , but NO IDEA here.)

On September 17th , on the second preparatory day for the TRIAL of YANG HYUN SUK's case, his lawyers denied the prosecution's charges and claimed innocence.

In addition, while admitting that former YGe Agency CEO , YANG HYUN SUK , had called HAN SEO HEE to the YGe HQ building office and talked to her , YANG HYUN SUK said, "I didn't threaten you." (HAN SEO HEE)

Meanwhile, YANG HYUN SUK's lawyer, while disagreeing with the list of evidence submitted by the prosecution, requested that the court again do forensic testing of HAN SEO HEE's cell phone data. A lawyer said, "The forensic data on the cell phone that the prosecution presented , is a copy of the imaging file that the police have as forensics (evidence).
