Is revenge ok?

I think it's justified to some degree in all those cases...in the first case sometimes people harm others knowing that this relationship matters more to the person affected and they would know better than to expose or correct this behaviour and risk losing their relationship. My only advise to the victims is let go. Exposing works too but not wise if you want to go back. This is your one shot at living a conscious life and believe me when I say nothing, absolutely nothing, upsets people that hate us more than us living a happy, fulfilling and healthy life. Without them ofc.

As for bodily harm and murder absolutely give it back. An eye for an eye is only fair.
