What is your favorite dessert primarily made of eggs?

It's similar to pasteis de nata, it's flan patissier, like the one I made in the cooking contest

I like both Portugese egg tarts and normal ones as well

Egg Pudding (布丁) either Taiwanese or Japanese brand.
