Do these songs sound similar?

Do these songs sound alike to anyone else, or are my ears just broken? When I was listening to Face today, I couldn't help but draw the connection in my head.

Something about the chorus of Face just really reminds me of the chorus of Despacito (though I think my mind slows down Face to make the comparison). Even the raps sound like they have a similar flow to me.
