Idk. I never check new western musics, i still listen to songs from 2-8 years ago.

Nope. Hip Hop is the main trend in Western music these last years but Western pop is still going strong.

Just avoid most of the mainstream stuff on charts. There are amazing gems out there that deserve a listen.

KPOP is basically taking notes from Western music trends so it's not declining at all. If you only listen to what's on the charts then yeah some of it may be bad, but once you listen to music outside of the top 40 then you'll see there are some gems.
Chemtrails Over The Country Club isn't really good actually.
