Does mixed vaccine jabs work even better?

I heard someone here had four jabs from the two different ones but I don’t think that’s wise with the risks. It wouldn’t work for me as AstraZeneca is not advisable for the under 60’s so I’ll have to have the Pfizer one. It’s pathetic here right now with the vaccines, we’re told so many things I can see why people are reluctant to have it,

I should have my 2nd dose next week or so. I got Pfizer, but they may have Moderna in stock when I go. I'll take either one that's available.
I've heard mixing works better anyway.
My brother is abroad and got 2 doses of Sinovac. When he comes here, he'll probably get another 2 doses of the government approved ones here as well (since Sinovac is not on that list).

We have problem getting some vaccines for political issues they are coming in later than expected.most older people here get jabs on their turns. AZ does create stronger side reactions than Moderna.
I figure folks in England's are confident of AZ jabs taken and packed almost all Wimbledon games..perhaps you guys can talk to relatives in the UK and get some faith^^
