I don't want to get better

  • I just want to be skinny.

I know it's wrong, but it's what I've always done, and I'm not dead from it so I don't see a problem in it.

I want people to stop trying to force me to gain weight over and over, I'll just lose it again.

It's annoying that it's all I think about, but there's no stopping it, it'll just keep eating away at me.

Can't talk to anyone I'll just get the same thing over and over, the same ''You can recover'' even though it's been 15 years.

So I'll just keep doing the same thing that's always worked to get what I want. The fat gone.

  • I know it's hard to break the cycle. And a relationship with food is one of the hardest things to fight against.

But just try and survive one day at a time.

Maybe don't focus on your weight. Try to do a color menu. Think of a color, and regardless of what the food is, eat something with that color each day!

Each day you're able to eat something, allow yourself a reward like $1 towards a new kpop album or money towards a new game!

It's not wrong to be skinny, if you are feeling happy, there is no need to feel that what you are doing is wrong, of course there are some exception, like in case your BMI is below 16 (which is considered severe underweight), but for the most part its completely fine

I also lost alot of weight, so I'm keeping a healthy diet now, but my family sometimes is still offering me unhealthy food, its kind of annoying, but its best to just refuse and let it go, than try to lecture them on how eating that will give them problems in the long run

So don't worry, let them be, its way way easier (and less stressful) to just ignore/refuse it, then to try to argue on why they should stop doing this
