So , in the SAME manner as HEROIN , COCAINE , LSD = Marijuana (Legally).

JUNG IL-HOON Appeal = *NO* Option , he pled GUILTY in COURT.

His best hope now , is EARLY RELEASE based on 'Good Behavior' in PRISON.

He *may* have a *time period* now (30 days) to submit an APPEAL

of the sentence *punishment* (amount) as stated. My guess though

is that appeal is NOT likely. The COURT *testimony* aspect is ended.

Added later , as I was NOT correct --> IL-HOON did do an Appeal.

Which , NOT sure on the wisdom of that ... Because the S.K COURT

tends (my view) to look at it as 'You are GUILTY , so TAKE IT.'

Which , my guess , IF you APPEAL the sentence (punishment),

THEN maybe in your EARLY RELEASE (PAROLE) requests,

the S.K COURT is NOT 'liking' you (IL-HOON) much at that point ???

Former BTOB member Jung Il-hoon arrested in court

Jung Il-hoon, a 27-year-old former member of the idol group BTOB, who was handed over to trial for smoking marijuana several times, was sentenced to prison in the first trial and arrested in court.

The 22nd Criminal Settlement of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Yang Cheol-han) sentenced Jung, who was charged with violating the Narcotics Control Act, to two years in prison and ordered a fine of $120,000 USD. Jung was arrested today in court.

The seven accomplices who were brought to trial along with Jung were sentenced to 1 year and 6 months to 2 years in prison or 1 year in prison with 3 years of probation, depending on the number of purchases and inhalation of marijuana.

The court said, "In order for the accused (Jung Il-hoon , etc) to not be easily detected in their crime (activity), they communicated with each other in (using) the realm of the 'Dark Web' , and used sophisticated crime techniques such as trading using bitcoin, a virtual currency, as payment."

In particular, regarding Jung and his accomplice Park Mo, he said, "The two defendants played a leading role and committed the most number of crimes," he said, adding that "corresponding punishment is inevitable."

Jung was handed over to trial in April this year on charges of buying and inhaling cannabis worth $120,000 USD during a total of 161 times (events) from July 2016 to January 2019. Prosecutors demanded a sentence of four years in prison and an additional $120,000 USD for Jung, and Jung admitted the charges and appealed for leniency.

Meanwhile, according to BTOB's Agency = Cube Entertainment, Jung withdrew from the group in December last year (2020) when the drug allegations became known.

as he should tho…his sentence is as high as someone who gang-raped a women and took videos of his sex-partners without their consent.
