Did Soyeon create her rap for KDA's More and Pop/Stars? Or it was riot and she just sang it? Does anyone know?
She didn't wrote them for sure. She has no lyric credits for these songs quite obviously. Now, did she come up with her own flow or did she follow some kind of guide? Hard to say. Maybe something in between.

Yeah, it was riot...but I really that rap and song.
It made me consider getting into KPOP and then D4 was what made get into KPOP.
