Basically in Japan there's 3 writing characters people use kanji hiragana and katakana , kanji is a lot harder to use with the other 2 being easier and Giselle said she struggles a bit with kanji so she asked Japanese fans to use hiragana and katakana

Nope, just the way of writing. Kanji is a lot more complex than hiragana.
