Miss Universe 2020 was a disappointment

Peru should’ve won.

India should’ve been 1st Runner-Up.

Thailand and Australia should’ve made it to the Top 5.

Philippines and Vietnam should’ve made it to the Top 10.

South Africa, Canada and Venezuela should’ve made it to the Top 20.

Also the hosts were so dry and anticlimactic, manifesting more vibrant hosts for next year’s competition.

It’s a fun event that normally gets things right (see MU 2017, 2018, 2019) but I don’t know what went wrong this year. They really dropped the ball.

I was just expecting more. Especially with Arden Cho and Brook Lee on the panel. Not much diversity this year within the Top 21 and even more so down the line. Hoping for more next year.
