I know but hence why i said anomaly since I would almost bet that unless that person was mixed or something that 99.99% of Chinese, Koreans or Japanese would have black hair

that is true...but generally i do have a good sense of being able to tell people who are mixed race (more so if they are chinese since i'm chinese)
