i've never understood why people frame judgement in a negative light. judgement is a through process; to reject judgement would be to refuse yourself your instinctive drive to try to understand your surroundings. judgement isn't wrong. taking your judgement to ridicule someone out of personal frustration is definitely wrong, but that's called shaming, not judging.
Preach, people say it all the time that I do no judge this or that but your mind has already judged for you. Not what you do with that is upon you and that is what defined a good and bad action.

Ariana Grande has been accused of these things. I'm not a follower of pop culture so I don't know the details. I gave her as an example in my OP.
I think it's a problem when someone uses that 'childlike' person or takes advantage of them, in pedophillia, it's the pedophiles blame for treating them wrongly
But if someone acts that way to get someone to be interested than it is both of their faults, the 'victim' isn't a victim in that case
