For me? Kaya Toast which if I were to describe it in the high end restaurant way, it's Lightly Toasted Bread with Sweet Coconut Jam and Butter, served with a side of Soy Sauce Soft Boiled Egg.

Not the biggest fan of butter but I love un kurabiyesi

I am so here for both kaya toast and steak with garlic butter.

I also have a dirty soft spot for a chicken Kiev. (You can take the kid out of the eighties...😁).
