I guess being a million seller for a Korean group is no joke.
Selling 3 million in Korea equals 100 million in the U.S?

I prefer this method:
Population of South Korea in 1995: 45,092,991
Population of the United States in 1995: 266,278,000
So if we divide 3,300,000 sales by 45,092,991, we see that the equivalent of 7.32% of the South Korean population purchased Kim Gun-mo's third album.
To get equivalent sales in the US, we take 7.32% and multiply it by 266,278,000, which yields 19,486,785 copies.
