Does "ONE MORE TIME" by ALLDAY PROJECT remind you of early 2010s pop songs?

Not sure where this come from? Like a week ago I never hear about them and know half the thread is about them?

The song? meh... not the worst, but nothing really fun. I find it a bit annoying how a lot of kpop male singing is "dragging out" the words they sing. But I have never been a fan of boygroups so my opinion not really matter...

I love this song.

Thinking about the question, the song is built around a drum’n’bass beat, but while d’n’b is a very old genre, it’s only recently the genre has seen mainstream adoption in pop music (although Yasutaka Nakata was doing it for Perfume as early as 2012 with Point, it wouldn’t be until Future Pop in 2018 he used the genre for one of their singles.) So that element of the song doesn’t feel old at all, it feels very modern.

But then, there is something about the melody and vocal flow that makes me think of classic Big Bang songs (Tonight, in particular). So I wouldn’t say it particularly reminds me of 2010 US-pop, it strikes me more as a modern take on classic Big Bang.
