    what is the "winning" outcome? like you become a sole exclusive producer for high up or???

    it seems like it's for young talents, for example the age says even 14 year old's can apply

    so maybe BEP are in place they've realize they also can help some talented producers to grow

    not to mention they seem to prefer to work with Korean producers
