During the part where they all do the shoulder move I think she tones down her energy because she is singing, to conserve energy, and because since they’re all doing it together she doesn’t need to do the bigger movements she did at the beginning to make an impact. Watch how different she does it the first time when she’s alone vs when the girls all join her. It’s a pretty common “trick” in kpop
I thought Lia was the "shoulder queen" in Itzy.

but it also shows how weird k beauty standards are
they expect female, even shorter ones to have wide 'flat' shoulder line, just like runway models
