For Japanese:
Imawa no Kuni no Alice - Alice in Borderlands (Not Romance but really good)
Full Metal Alchemist (another that isn't exactly romance but really good)
the only C-Dramas I've seen and enjoyed are
The Untamed, The Longest Promise and Word of Honor.
