Yeah California is still processing votes. Millions of Ballots held up because signature mismatch. Contacting the Voter to resubmit their ballot with a better signature. Mailing is the delay.

This election close vote counts on a few local propositions and District offices are awaiting final count. Presidential vote count is already a majority of all votes. No change in electoral count. Also not enough to flip the Popular vote. Congress is also finalized.
