I don't see it. I think Medea has sharper features.

I understand that it's a webtoon but Medea has more pointy nose, thinner lips and sharper chin. I love her.

Karina has a slightly rounder nose and thicker lips. She also has higher cheekbones.

But the story revolves around her, if anything physce would be the 2nd ish lead/ protaginist but all in all this story is told from medea's perspective and it's her story which means she wouldn't necessarily be the villan

Some of the things she does is for her own sake so I don't blame her honestly
