I mostly agree, but I'm replaying now and the Madarame heist is the peak heist of the game. The gang trusts each other to go off and do different parts of the plan without Joker overseeing everything, and he doesn't even do the exciting parts!

Mona makes the snatch, Skull deals with shadows, and Joker just pulls a switch, but it feels right because it's playing to the teams strengths.

They trust each other, they co-ordinate, and they're just working so well together. I don't think the game ever hits that high again when it comes to the thievery part.
