People are speculating whether this is for the group or for a solo tour (most probably j-hope) 
Philippine organizer is a mess tho. If its true, this is exciting. Their last concert in Philippines was in 2017.
Jhope might tour before the groups comes back.

I just want them to remember that middle and eastern Europe exists. 
I think we have to look at this realistically. Would BTS be able to pull a tour together or at the very least some scattered concert performances in 2025. Would they be in shape? Sure, looks like they have been taking great care of their bodies/strengh/health during military service. I assume their stamina is excellent. Have they had opportunities to get together during time off and maybe rehearse? Maybe. Would they try to recreate the Map of the Soul tour that was canceled during Covid? A great possibility? what about this special project coming out in February 2025. Could this tie in to live performances?
