Edited once, last by bethesda: The Republican nominee for Vice President of the United States in the 2024 United States presidential election has been chosen. ().

  • I think Trump is leaning toward Dr. Carson. But he would do better with Vivek Ramaswamy.

If he picks Rubio or Cotton the fix is in - he will win in November, but the Deep State/intelligence community will govern. Just as they have through their previous puppet Presidents Biden, Obama, and Bush.

All of the Democrat histrionics about "The Evil Trump coming to take away your birthday!" are completely unjustified. Not only did nothing like that happen in his previous term, the public exposure of Biden's condition has proven once and for all that the US President does not actually "run the country" - he is just the national talk show host. Obama excelled in that role - Trump and Biden do not.

  • JD Vance can do a nice job in the VP position. With a nonsense and stays on point style. A style best suited for the inevitable political firestorm of attacks on practically every issue. He has an evolved political armor that counters current political warfare. Vance would be a very good 2028 Presidential candidate.

Nah forget Ramaswamy. He won't be chosen because he got ruled out by Trump.

I got the list from the "Reported shortlist" and "Finalists" sections of this Wikipedia article
