Good, if they are still holding auditions in Q2/3 2024 then I rather doubt they are debuting this fall.

When SM start new audition it means that they have finalize their latest group and is ready to debut
So considering that they are graduating from training
They are basically looking for new trainee to replace them
The same thing happened the summer before Riize debut

Auditions specfically for their new boy groups were started in 2021
Even Aespa was delayed so Giselle had 10 months of training. Other trainee with short training periods in the past decade+ were scouted, not found through auditions.

I think SM new gg is going to debut in Q4 this year. that's why they give Aespa full album this year and ship them for live tour in Asia for the rest of the year. Red Velvet also have a comeback in Q2.
In Q3 and Q4 they can entirely focus on debuting new gg. and i also think this is the perfect year for sm to debut new gg, especially after illit and babymonster.
