Outside of Kpop concerts? Probably not. We just don't have the same fan culture as S. Korea (or the same clever strategy for additional merchandising, depending on how you look at it.) Most people are too busy holding up their phones during concerts at this point anyway.

I think maybe J-Pop concerts might have fans with lightsticks.

No, they aren’t. My aunt has a cool *NSYNC concert light stick from 1998 and a Britney Spears concert glow stick from 2000.
US labels just stopped making that kind of merchandise for fans. Same with photocards and other collectible memorabilia.

Western artists should, they are really nice. The Detroit Lions had light wrist bands for fans at home games, they lit up like light sticks. The games were incredible
